Frogs

On Grant's birthday we went to some batting cages. They also have a little pond area and when we were exploring we found baby frogs. So cute and we had fun catching them.

Baseball

Jack is playing baseball for the Knights again this season. It is kid pitch and he is doing great! He has been getting a lot of hits and has made some good field in the outfield as well. Grant will start T ball in a few weeks.

Easter

Our Easter this year was quite eventful. Our house was hit or the ground near our house was hit by lightning on Good Friday. We were huddled in the basement when it happened and we lost a lot of our low voltage things in the house and had roof damage. Easter morning we went to church and then to Brian's parents later in the afternoon.

Happy Birthday Grant

Dear Grant,

Tomorrow you will be 5. Wow! You are so special. I love how much energy you have for everything. From the moment your feet hit the ground you are on the go and ready for all of it. You are always on the go and such a little problem solver. Your name means "great gift from God" and you are! We are so lucky to call you our G-man and we love you so so so much. Life is one big adventure and I am ready to do it with you. Happy Birthday G!

Mizzou Spring Game

Brian took the boys to the Mizzou spring game on Saturday. They had a great time. They were able to get on the field after the game and meet some players. Jack got some autographs and a practice jersey. Grant was able to try on some helmets and was given a glove by a player. I can't wait until I get to go when Will is older.

Cookies

We made cookies this evening. Will stood at the oven for a long time saying "cookie" and signing "more". He was so excited when they were ready.

Flowers

At Jack's football game on Sunday my dad helped Will pick some flowers for my mom and I. Such a sweet thing to see him run towards us and give us our flowers.
